Hey Jenn thanks for writing such an amazing story! I've ran a 50 miler before and want to run a 100, but my right knee hurts on the lateral side so i'm just doing a few marathons. I ran with JB in grand rapids for the 50/50/50. An experience i'll never forget. Almost done with my doctorate, hope to see you and JB in a race soon.... now off to run... and congratulations on third place! keep it up!

Hey there Jen!
You must remember me from the "Reno days", and Dr. Young's office! We have since then both moved on... To bigger and better things!
I see you are a runner, to say the least. I stumbled upon your blog a week or so ago. My husband and I live in Vancouver, Wa and I really enjoy running and the outdoors. I found you by the Cascades 100 race you just completed. My congratulations!
Your blog is SO inspiring! I just finished Hood to Coast, a feat for myself, an avid runner of short distances. I love the Half marathon. Just thought I'd drop you a line. Love your blog. We have one too, let me know if you'd like to take a peek to see what I have been up to...
Take care, Joyie
