So glad you’re doing better! Sounds like you were part of the way there and then got some good advice from a smart coach – and took it, the harder part! Self-care after every run is brilliant. Nutrition is big, but I’m noting sleep being a factor more and more myself, and I think nutrition is easier to get a handle on.
